Evening of Excellence Annual Award Nominations
The Cottage Grove Area Chamber of Commerce annually recognizes individuals and businesses for their outstanding efforts in our communities of Cottage Grove, Newport, and St. Paul Park. The winners will receive their awards at our Evening of Excellence Annual Chamber Banquet on October 26th, 2022.

Nominate a business/individual/nonprofit you know or your own business, organization, or yourself.
Include any narrative, examples, customer letters, etc.… that would benefit your nomination.
Selection will be made by the Chamber Executive Committee.
Award winners are not permitted to receive an award in the same category in two consecutive years.
